A pre-authorization of €669 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 2 day(s) after departure
Notes
Additional Fees & Taxes
Nightly rates shown are for up to 14 guests and exclude applicable taxes and fees. A one-time cleaning fee of $350 applies to each reservation. Additional guests (15–19) are $35 per person, per night.
Applicable New York State and Sullivan County taxes are calculated and included in the final reservation total displayed at checkout, before payment.
Property Security & Outdoor Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, Dutch Hill Retreat has an exterior security camera monitoring the driveway and front porch, including the home's entrance. This camera records both video and audio.
Wildlife trail cameras are also positioned throughout portions of the wooded property to observe local wildlife activity. These cameras record video only, without audio.
All cameras are located outdoors. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
Guests may encounter wildlife trail cameras while exploring the property. Please do not move, cover, obstruct, or tamper with any security or wildlife cameras.
