Welcome to Dutch Hill Retreat — a spacious Catskills getaway tucked into the mountains of Roscoe, New York. Designed for gathering, relaxing and reconnecting, our 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat accommodates up to 19 guests with plenty of room to spread out indoors and out.
Set on nearly 35 private acres surrounded by woods, open lawn and mountain scenery, Dutch Hill is more than a place to stay. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, explore the property and private walking trail, challenge the group to a game, gather around the fire, or settle in beside the wood stove after a day in the Catskills.
Inside, warm wood interiors and comfortable gathering spaces create a relaxed Catskills atmosphere. Spend time together in the living room, enjoy coffee and games in our Coffee to Cocktails room, or unwind in one of the home's multiple spaces designed for both adults and kids.
Dutch Hill Retreat also makes a great home base for exploring Roscoe, Livingston Manor and the surrounding Catskills, with fishing, hiking, skiing, local restaurants, shops and seasonal adventures all within reach.

Additional Fees & Taxes
Nightly rates shown are for up to 14 guests and exclude applicable taxes and fees. A one-time cleaning fee of $350 applies to each reservation. Additional guests (15–19) are $35 per person, per night.
Applicable New York State and Sullivan County taxes are calculated and included in the final reservation total displayed at checkout, before payment.
Property Security & Outdoor Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, Dutch Hill Retreat has an exterior security camera monitoring the driveway and front porch, including the home's entrance. This camera records both video and audio.
Wildlife trail cameras are also positioned throughout portions of the wooded property to observe local wildlife activity. These cameras record video only, without audio.
All cameras are located outdoors. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
Guests may encounter wildlife trail cameras while exploring the property. Please do not move, cover, obstruct, or tamper with any security or wildlife cameras.
